Liv SXinney (Sxinney Water) Drink ALL DAY. You should drink between 64-120 oz. of Liv SXinney a day. The recommended dilution is 60ml in 64 oz of fresh water.
cRave- Take ½ teaspoon before each meal (3-4 times a day)
If you are still hungry 10 minutes after eating take another ½ teaspoon of cRave.
What to eat?
Protein, Complex Carbohydrate, Veggie or Fruit with each meal
(half of each portion size every 3 hours)
Example:
9:00- Breakfast (stop half way)
Noon- Lunch (save the other half for 3 hours later)
3:00- Snack (other half of lunch)
6:00- Dinner (save the other half for 3 hours later)
9:00- Snack (other half of dinner
Stop eating half way through your meal. Save the other half for 3 hours later.
Every 3 hours you MUST EAT.

Do not eat during the 3 hours between meals for these two reasons:
Your body will burn the food you ate for energy the first two hours after you eat.
Your body will be in using FAT for energy in the third hour.

    I heard a little bit about this program….not much.
    But like you, I have tried it all…..just finshed a round of HCG. Holy Crap that was so hard!!!
    Still not where I want to be.
    Sick of spending money on crap that doesnt work. This product seems pretty pricey, so I really dont want to dump a couple hundred bucks a month on it……unless it REALLLLLLLY works.
    Ya know what I mean? I could feed a small or maybe even large village with the money I have spent on different products. Or should I say SCAMS.
